You can feel her.

The woman who exists on the other side of fear.

Sometimes you even are her: the woman who believes in herself.

But then just like that, she falls away.

The fear creeps back in and the distance between you and what you really want only seems to widen.

It’s easy to feel hopeless. It’s easy to be overcome by the despair. It’s easy to draw your energy back and stay really small.

And really, really stuck.

My friends, this is what I like to call, the spiral.

Shame spiral, guilt spiral, despair spiral, trauma spiral, question-everything-I-feel and everything-I-said spiral.

Doesn’t take much sometimes and down the hole we go.

Are you sick of it yet? Are you ready to make it stop?

Would you rather be grounded in the truth?

Would you rather live your life from an empowered, confident place?

That’s why I’m here. After 12+ years of being a therapist, I have recognized some things that hold my clients back from expediting the transformation they seek.

I decided to take the leap.

To radically change the way I help people.

No doubt, as a therapist for the last 12+ years, I have seen my clients make extraordinary progress.

I deeply respect the time it takes to heal and generate new neural pathways.

Yet if I’m being honest with you, it is the time that I take issue with.

I want to deliver the most powerful aspects of what helps people change in a more condensed, direct way.

I want us to identify the concrete changes you need to make in yourself and in your life … and hold you to it.

We make time for processing, but we also devote energy to practicing and embodying new ways of being - because that’s how we are going to shift things for you.

I see accountability and more support between sessions as being a huge advantage to coaching.
