My Approach: Embodied, Focused Therapy

After 12+ years of being a therapist, I have recognized some things that hold my clients back from expediting the transformation they seek.

From embodying the person they know they are meant to be.

I decided to take the leap.

To radically change the way I help people.

No doubt, as a therapist for the last 12+ years, I have seen my clients make extraordinary progress.

I deeply respect the time it takes to heal and generate new neural pathways.

Yet if Iā€™m being honest with you, it is the time that I take issue with.

I want to deliver the most powerful aspects of what helps people change in a more condensed, direct way.

I want to support you in making concrete progress in your life and relationships.

Not after years in therapy. Now.

What makes my therapy approach different:

You will be working with someone who has been a depth therapist for 12 years. The changes you make will not be superficial ones.

I am active in the session with you. I will refocus you when necessary, bringing you back to what is alive in the present moment, closer to where change happens.

The insight you will receive can typically take people years to realize. But unlike typical therapy, you will get strategic input on how to APPLY it and the accountability to follow through.

The focus of this program is integration - as in, change you can feel. We want to actively wire in new states of being and practice the skills that anchor you there.

We will decide together how often we meet and for how long. A time-limited structure preserves motivation to change and keeps our work focused rather than open-ended.
